A CUSTOMIZED INTENTIONAL APPROACH
Our educators meet each student exactly where they are. While this certification is designed with the new lash artist in mind, we understand that no two students walk in with the same background, confidence level, or experience. Some arrive brand new to the beauty industry. Others come in with hands-on experience looking to refine their technique, strengthen compliance knowledge, or gain formal certification.
We recognize that every student learns differently.
Some need repetition and hands-on correction. Some thrive with visual demonstration. Some need confidence coaching as much as technical guidance.
Our educators are trained to adapt in real time by adjusting instruction, pacing, and feedback to ensure each individual is fully supported throughout the training process.
This is not a one-size-fits-all classroom. Because while not every course is created equal, not every student succeeds under a blanket approach either.
Student success is one of the highest priorities at our academy. That means more than simply completing a curriculum. It means ensuring each student leaves every training day feeling clearer, more capable, and more confident than when they walked in.

In recent years, many lash artists have turned to creating a course as an additional income stream. This has created a wide range in the quality of training available.
Did you know that the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) approves all lash courses based only on the application submitted? IDOH does not look at or audit course manuals, inspect training locations, or evaluate an educator’s qualifications.
If the application is successfully completed based on the instructions given online, it can be approved.
This means approval alone does not automatically guarantee instructional quality.
As a result, many aspiring lash artists complete certifications that teach technique, but little beyond that, and it may even be outdated information.
Learning how to apply lashes is one thing.
Learning how to apply them safely keeping natural lash health at the forefront, build demand, price correctly, operate compliantly, retain clients, and generate sustainable profit is something entirely different.
Without the above, you may leave certified, but not truly prepared.
Our education is built from real-world experience. Our founder and head educator have each built and scaled multi-seven-figure lash salons with employees and provide business coaching to lash artists of all levels in the U.S., Canada & Europe.
Educators can only successfully teach others what they have proven in their own business.
